Billing help
For billing help, sign in and open Account > Billing, or contact support. The $5 CAD monthly subscription renews until cancelled. Stripe processes payments and may add applicable taxes.

For refund questions, contact support. Refund requests are reviewed case by case.
Privacy and household delivery
Only add delivery email addresses for people in your household who have agreed to receive the weekly meal plan. We do not sell household profile data or place third-party ads inside subscriber meal plans.
Share-by-email
Shared meal-plan emails are one-time messages sent at the request of a Meal-Planner.online user. Sharing a plan by email does not subscribe the recipient to Meal-Planner.online.
Meal-planning notes
Meal-Planner.online can respect allergy and avoid notes you enter, but you remain responsible for checking ingredient labels, substitutions, store products, and cross-contact risks.
What to include
When contacting support, include the account email, the page where you need help, and a short description of what happened. Do not send payment card details, medical diagnoses, medication instructions, or detailed health history.
